Outlook Syncronization Fails at 20% with <FC0020> (Doc ID 2029966.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to Outlook,
the following error occurs.

FC0020


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Start Sync
3. At 20 % sync fails with FC0020 error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync with oracle sales cloud.
