On : NA version, Publish

The Short URL points to an error message 

-> Oracle| Eloqua Error - An error has occurred. 



The Destination URL changes after Publishing the post

-> The % sign on the URL changes to %25




There is an error on trying to Publish a Tweet through Publish. This Tweet has a Destination URL & an image has been selected for this URL.

Sorry! The link to your image isn’t working. Please check the URL and try again.


The image does not show up on a Facebook post published through SRM Publish

-> Clicking on this blank image would lead to error page


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Publish ->Posts
2. Create a new Post
3. Add Destination URL which has special characters in it, or select such an image on the URL which has special characters on its URL
4. Fill in rest details & select a channel to publish
5. Publish the Post

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Publish reliably
