Schedules defined does not appear in Project Calendar List of Values (LOV) under Define Project Management Implementation Options - Default Calendars

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Project Calendar LOV should not be empty in Project Management Implementation Options

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project Calendar defined
Manage Schedules

2.Define Project Management Implementation Options - Default Calendars:
Cannot pick from Project Calendar LOV
