Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

When attempting to schedule an Agent and add the recipients other than his own name,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You do not have permission to add users other than yourself as direct recipients.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a new Agent
2. Try to add recipients.
3. The user logged in can add his own name as recipient.
4. When he tries to add other usernames, he receives the error:
                     You do not have permission to add users other than yourself as direct recipients.
