Symptoms

On Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After filling in 2 FCL fields in Outlook, after sync the values remain empty.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After filling in 2 FCL fields in Outlook, after sync the values should be populated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 2 distinct FCL field under Activity object
2. Create a trigger that simulates a cascading pick list
3. Expose both fields in Outlook and only the "child" FCL field in SUI
4. Create an activity in Outlook
5. Start synchronization
6. In SUI, the "child" FCL field remains empty
7. Start a 2nd sync
8. In SUI, the "child" FCL field is populated

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot populate SUI fields based on values from Outlook.
