Fusion Benefits: Contacts Do Not Appear Under Plan Options (Doc ID 2032237.1)

Contacts do not appear under plan options

When employees log in to elect Open Enrollment and add contacts with effective date  of current date, the contacts do not appear under plan options. We are using a workaround by un-processing and reprocess OE event. Fusion lets employees add effective date within the date range of OE for adding dependents as contacts.  Can you help fix?
