Why an User Does not Get Password Reset Email (Doc ID 2032263.1)

Goal

 After customer perform following navigation steps:

  Login to fusion application --> Goto Navigator --> Person Management --> Search and open the user --> Click on Manager User Account -->Click on Action --> Reset Password

the user does not get any password email
