Getting 'Invalid Account' Error When Running OBIEE Agent (Doc ID 2032314.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics


When trying to run an agent with several recipients, we are receiving the following error:

All the users have System E-mail set-up in their user account in OBIEE. The agent runs if there is just 1 or 2 recipients.
