Notes on Custom Sales Object not shown in FUSE UI (Doc ID 2032488.1)

We have a custom object called "Project" in Sales Application. We added the Common Component "Notes" as a tab to "Project". However, when we click Notes tab as Sales Rep it is showing a blank screen. The same user is able to use the Notes on Opportunity with out any issue.

the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Sales Cloud

2. Open the Custom Object Project and then navigate to Notes

3. On Notes Navigate to project tab page, page is not loaded

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to work on Custom Sales Object > Notes
