Symptoms

On 11.1.9.2.0

When logging a call the time-stamp is defaulted to the latter hour.

E.g.:
Any call logged between 8 AM and 9 AM is getting registered as 9 AM (i.e. the latter hour). So suppose if a call is logged at 8.17 AM, it is defaulting to 9 AM. A call logged between 9 AM and 10 AM is getting registered as 10 AM.
