PIM : Flexfields are Blank After Importing an Item Batch with Import Maps (Doc ID 2034211.1)

Symptoms

Issue
--------
When using 'Import Maps' to import item data, the value from the CSV for the flexfield is not imported when the item is created even though there is a flexfield defined and mapped in the import map.

Steps to Duplicate
---------------------------
1) Create a flexifield and item group
2) Add these to an item class
3) Deploy the flexfields
4) Create an item map and map all required values and also the flexfield
5) Create an item batch
6) Add items to batch using upload from file option and select import map and CSV file
7) Upload
8) Check item batch which shows as in progress
9) Process line to continue item import
10) Review item batch and shows completed no errors
11) Review flexfield value on newly created item and it is blank

Expected Behavior
-----------------------------
The flexfield should be populated as it was in the CSV being imported.
