Symptoms

Receiving an error when calling web service to load FBL batch
SOA log has (WSM-00122 : Valid timestamp is not present in the message.) error:

weblogic.servlet.internal.WebAppServletContext.execute(WebAppServletContext.java:2182)
at weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletRequestImpl.run(ServletRequestImpl.java:1503)
at weblogic.work.ExecuteThread.execute(ExecuteThread.java:256)

Caused by: oracle.wsm.security.SecurityException: WSM-00122 : Valid timestamp is not present in the message.
