Recurring Appointment Shows Wrong End Date when Start And End Time is Same

Wants to create a recurring appointment series where the start is 12:00 am and the end is 12:00 am the next day.

This works fine for single Appointment instances but fails when in a recurring sequence.

Unable to add a recurring appointment of duration >= 24 hours
