Fusion Performance Management: Matrix Manager is not Getting the Feedback Request after Performance Document is Created

In the performance template, customer has enabled the following options:
- Auto-populate matrix managers of the employee as participants (Default Role = Matrix Manager)
- Allow Matrix Managers to access employee document automatically
When the performance document is created for the worker, it is expected that the matrix manager should be able to view the feedback request in the 'My Feedback Requests' page. However, the matrix manager is unable to view the feedback request.
