Why is the Input XML For SOAP Generator Returning Null Instead Of 0 as Seen in the BML Debugger? (Doc ID 2035263.1)

The goal is to understand why the input XML for SOAP generator is returning null instead of 0 as seen in the BML debugger for Float and Integer attributes.

Use Case: You are coding in XSL and you get a null error indicating that the value of the attribute is null and cannot be passed on either via integration or in XSL snippets. However, the attribute is returning a 0 or 0.0 (depending whether the attribute is an integer or a float) when looking in the BML Debugger.
