Symptoms

The Problem appears after OSC for outlook add-in is installed and open outlook

 

ERROR

In OUTLOOK  -  ADD-IN PROBLEM  A problem was detected with an add-in and it has been disabled

 

 

 


STEPS
---------------------

1.Install OSC for Outlook add-in

2.Open Outlook

3.Error appears

 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

 

This issue is not allowing the user to use the Outlook add-in for  OSC
