Symptoms
On 11.1.9.2.0

Issue 1
----------
1. Go to Classic UI
2. Go to Navigator > Lead Qualification
3. Choose: Create Lead
4. Fill in all the required information, including the Owner
5. Click on Save and Close
6. The following error occurs:
Attribute ResourceId in MklLeadResourcesEO is required.
Issue 2
-----------
1. Go Classic UI
2. Open an existing customer
3. Click on Teams
4. An error occured:
Incident 2, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: CustomerServer_1, Application Name: CustomerApp
