Taleo Candidates Converted To Employees In Fusion Appearing Twice In Person Management

Using Fusion-Taleo standard integration in our UAT instance and have successfully loaded hired candidates from Taleo to Fusion. We have also got the selected candidates notifications for these Taleo candidates and then processed them as Pending worker. After that for some employees we have converted them to Employees. We are seeing 2 records for these person. 1st is with User Person Type = Employee and 2nd is with User Person Type = Pending Worker.
Why the Pending worker record is appearing here? I think once conversion from Pending worker to Employee is done, then Pending worker records should not appear. Please investigate and let us know the solution.
