IDP (Individual Development Plan) is created in Performance Management. - and there is a business need for the Manager to be able periodically see what the Associate (Employee) has entered. Currently the only way to do so is for the associate to submit the Performance Template to the manager.

This is a living/breathing document - and would require multiple resets.

1) Is there a different way to handle this business request? The customer does not use Goal Management currently.
2) What are the pros/cons of resetting the Performance Documents?
