Why users are unable to Open Compensation History Screen? (Doc ID 2036372.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to open the compensation history screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to open the compensation history screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Click Navigator>Workforce Management>Person Management
2) Search for the person number who has compensation history
3) Click on Compensation "View Compensation History" under Compensation
4) Observe that the screen does not open, but the processing symbol goes on and on forever.
