Advanced Collections Dashboard Contains No Data and Opens with Errors

On : version, Manage Collections-Manage Collections Work

When attempting to query customer account information from the collections dashboard, the following error occurs:

A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the collections dashboard and query any customer account.
2. Wait several minutes
3. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Collections activities cannot proceed.
