Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Login  to 15.1 stage environment.
Select Cloud Admin – get the Error 403 – Forbidden message.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to access Cloud Admin without error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Unifier cloud
2. Select Cloud Admin

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot access Cloud Admin.
