Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upsync of All Day appointment syncs to server with 2 Days duration
For instance, create appointment on 5/31 in Outlook and synchronize with Sales Cloud, there appears 2 day s schedule (from 5/31 - 6/1) in Sales Cloud.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Upsync of All Day appointment should sync to server with only one day duration


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new all day event on Outlook
2. Sync the event to Oracle Sales Cloud
3. The event is synced as all day appointment but start from 5/31 to 6/1 : 2 all days event.
This should start from 5/31 0:00 to 5/31 23:59.
