Manage User Showing Duplicate Users after Resource department was changed from HCM side (Doc ID 2037028.1)

Symptoms

A resource was shifted from a department to another one temporarily in HCM.

On CRM side, when searching for the resource in Manage Users two records are returned which is expected. The problem is that when the records are opened both show the same values.
