Part Values are changed to upper case TRUE/FALSE from original case

Values in Pricing that are dependent on line._part_custom_field#, where # is some number, are not outputting the expected values for current situation on the quote.
The string values for _part_custom_field# in the Parts Database that are of boolean values are formatted in full uppercase (TRUE/FALSE), when Pricing is expecting all lowercase (true/false).
