Symptoms

On 11.1.9.2.0
-------------------------------------------
1. Go to Navigator > Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for: Manage file import activities
3. Create a new import activity on Account object
4. The import finishes in error for a specific Resource Party ID:

Error - A matching record of type RESOURCE cannot be found using the value of the attribute ACCOUNT_DIRECTOR_ID that you provided. (MKT-285218) Cause: No record exists with the specified user key value. Action: Verify that the record with the specified user key exists. If it does not exist, then remove the record from the data file, or update the record with a valid user key.
