ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incorrect rate is seen from Benefits election page for HSA Savings Plan. Though on Confirmation page and Element Entries show correct rate.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SSBEN should show correct rate
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Benefits > Change Election>Select HSA Savings Plan
2. Enter Coverage amount
3. Incorrect rate is seen on Employee Biweekly deduction
