Goal

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Time and Labor Setup

No Time Calculation rules for weekend days

Customer need is to use Time Calculation rules to split time entered into elements at different rates.

They have standard requirements across multiple legislations that breaks time into the following criteria:

Normal Working Day
Saturday
Sunday
Public Holiday (based on event calendar)

Business case:

If an user enters a number of Hours on a given day, and T&L assesses the day and determines that it is a Working Day and therefore applies the Working Day rule, or determines that it is a Public Holiday and therefore applies the Public Holiday Rule (which may be a threshold rule).

When looking at the seeded Rule Templates, there doesn't seem to be any that that allow for the categories above, even though these are standard categories across multiple legislations.
