Opportunity De-duplication Is Case Sensitive (Doc ID 2037919.1)

Symptoms

On 11.1.9.2.0
---------------------------
1) create and save opportunity with the name "Opportunity" and account "AccountTest"
2) create second opportunity with the name "opportunity" and account "AccountTest"

At the moment it allows creating two above opportunities and it only detects the duplicate when you create opportunity name exactly the same.
