Unable to add Supplier Contact to an Supplier Qualification Initiative

When creating a supplier qualification initiative. Supplier information (like Supplier, Site, Supplier Contact etc.) were added and  LOV of Supplier contact is coming blank. It is verified that there is a contact defined for that supplier but missing in the LOV.
