User Account Locked - OIM Shows Unlocked (Doc ID 2038536.1)

Goal

Through OIM, when trying to login to Unifier the following Error is thrown: The user account is locked or disabled. Please contact the System Administrator.
However, within OIM the account status is 'unlocked'.
