Information in this document applies to any platform.
Require the ability to stop payments when an employee goes on a period of unpaid leave (LOA). Two requirements needs to be met:
1) When an employee goes on leave the system should pro-rate the employees earnings.
2) Some do not want to zero-out earnings such as Salary because benefit entitlements are calculated based on these values.
Element usages can be used to stop the processing of an element without removing the entry values.
