Integration: Salesforce External Call Field Mapping Is Blank

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When viewing the field mapping for an external call, the Salesforce (SFDC) CRM fields do not display, even after refreshing the fields.
- Navigate to Settings > Platform Extensions : Integration > Outbound > External Calls > locate and open the desired external call > Options > View Field Mapping
For example, on a Create Campaign external call:
