Victim Record Still Shows Up After Merge In Search Results

Symptoms

When searching for a record that was previously merged it still shows up in the search results but cannot be accessed due to below error:
Attribute PartyId is required

Changes

1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Customer Data Management Dashboard
3. Click on Parties
4. Brings back both master & victim record.
5. Click on victim record throws ‘Attribute PartyId is required’ error.
