Appointment time shown in Email Notification defaults to wrong timezone

The time shown should match timezone preference

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Activities - > Create Appointment
- Fill in all the Values to the Appointment -> Set the time to the needed start and end time -> Save the Appointment.
Note: The email received by the resource reflects UTC time, even though this should be UTC+05:30
