Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to sync with Sales Cloud for Outlook, the following error occurs.

ERROR

JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.JBO-HZ:::HZ_API_INV_PERSON_CONTACT: HZ-120136You cannot make this person the preferred contact for this organization because a valid relationship between the person and the organization does not exist.
