Customer clicks on 'Generate Log' and get the message:
Your request for generating log files was submitted.
However, even after waiting 24 hours, the customer, the log never generates.
1) Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage View Activities
2) Click on the "Status" of an import
3) Click the link "Generate Log"
