Qn1: Does the integration move all Customer\Accounts to from Sales Cloud to Service Cloud and at what intervals?
Qn2: Does the integration move all Contacts which belongs to an Customer\account from Sales Cloud to Service Cloud and at what intervals?
Qn3: Does the integration move all fields (Standard Sales Cloud Fields and few custom fields) from Sales Cloud to Service Cloud ?
Qn4: Ability to display incidents from Service cloud to Sales Cloud in format of reports (Is it a standard report on Service Cloud or can any reports be shown)?
Qn5: What user would be used for this integration because the there is no SSO between Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and also the user base is different. So how would the reports gets displayed (Will it ask for Service Cloud login ?)?
Qn6: What happens when one of the system is down for system maintenance ? Does the request gets into a queue and gets completed when they both are available ?
