Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.9.2.0 version, Tax is not calculated for receivables transactions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As tax setup was already done, expecting to have taxes calculated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Receivables > Billing
3. Go to Create Transaction
4. Create a transaction
5. Review the tax information and observed taxes are not calculated
