When you run/schedule the report using BI Agent, the report is not formatting as expected when sent as HTML.
The Report format behaves differently based on the email client. Gmail client does not interpret the formatting properly. Thunderbird and Outlook don't yield the expected formatting either.
You expect the table format of the report, like cell borders and highlighted header columns to reflect in the email client. However, the report looks like this:
