Goal

Create a supplier qualification initiative (qualification). An email is sent to the supplier user to respond to the questionnaire.
When the supplier user logs in the supplier portal, there is a notification asking to respond to the questionnaire. However, when the user opens the notification, there are no questions to be answered.
