Internal Candidates Presented With Error Page After Signing Out of Internal Career Section (Doc ID 2041398.1)

Symptoms

When signing out of internal career section, after clicking OK user is directed to the Error page, not the Exit page.

Changes

 This will occur if the following configuration is in place.

  1. In User Accounts under the Properties of the internal career section the setting 'Use the following authentication method' is set to 'Single Sign-On'
  2. Career Section Portal Pages displayed: Basic Search and/or Advanced Search is Yes
  3. There are different URLs for Exit URL and Error URL in the zone configuration
