Employee Record Missing after Cancel Work Relationship Transaction (Doc ID 2042137.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to search for Person from Person Mgmt > Search ( include Terminated W/r )

The steps taken forward by Customer was
a. HR initiated a termination on the contingent worker.
b. The manager was not able to approve the transaction.
c. We were not able to pull up the record after that.

All actions were done from UI


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
HCM Super user should be able to search for the Person record from Person Mgmt Search. No Data is seen in Assignment Table and Period of Service Table as well.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login to POD m as Admin / Super User
2) Navigate to Person Mgmt> Search > include terminate work relationship >  Search for the person record.

PS - But can see that the same person record is existing in the Backend - Per_all_people_f , as seen in BI report.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the contingent worker is not visible.
Person record missing in Production environment, HR enable to perform any action for the person.
