Unable To Find The Previous Manager Name For Transferring Back The Employee PD

Unable to find the Previous Manager Name for Transferring back the Employee Performance Document (PD)
User Evaluated the Performance of an Employee through Employee Self Evaluation process.
Logged in as Manager and Transferred the Employee PD to another Manager .
Later evaluated the Performance of the Employee from the New Manager login.
Now when user trying to re transfer the PD to the Old Manager , he is unable to find the Name.
He is able to view all the other names but not the Original Manager of the Employee .
