Emails: Link Showing No Clickthroughs/Displaying 0% in the Visual Clickthrough Report

When looking at a hyperlink, there are clickthroughs found in both various Insight reports and in the Recent Email Clickthrough operational report, but in the Visual Clickthrough Report, there are no clicks recorded.
