On : version, Activity Management

When attempting to create a new task for an Account, the following error occurs.

Attribute ActivityStartDate in ActivityEO is required.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Edit existing Account
2) Click Activities subtab
3) Click Create Task
4) Enter details and hit save
5) Error occur

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new Tasks.
