The customer is trying to create an appointment for a customer in the tablet device but the user has no button (3 dots at the top right corner as 'options') to create the activity.
This is the process for this issue: The customer logs in into the tablet device, then navigates to a customer (where he is the owner and where he isn't the owner, tested both cases), clicks on the Activities tab. After this there is no option to add a new appointment or task.
