On : version, Activity Management, the value of Response field does not get back by change of the Appointment Owner

When the owner is changed in Appointment, the Response value of the new Owner(userX) is changed to "Accept". It looks like the desired design.
But when the owner is changed back to the original owner(UserY), then the Response value of UserX remains in "Accept".
If save the appointment with this status, the Response of UserX is saved as "Accept", even thought the UserX him/herself has never take any action.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as "Lisa Jones" (Rep user)
2. Create a new Appointment and hit "Save and Continue"
3. In Edit Page>>Resource tab, add "Mateo Lopez" and "Bob Boyle" and hit "Save and Close"
4. Open the Appointment again and open the Resource tab. Confirm that the value of the "Response" field is "Not Responded" for Bob and Mateo and "Accept" for Lisa.
5. Hit the "Owner" check in the row of Mateo(DO NOT hit the "Save" button). Confirm that the Owner check is transferred to Mateo from "Lisa" and that the Response value is changed to "Accepted" for Mateo and "Tentatively Accept" for Lisa(DO NOT hit Save)
6. Then put the Owner check back to "Lisa" (DO NOT hit Save). The Owner check is transferred back to Lisa from Mateo. But the Response value is still "Tentatively Accept" for Lisa and "Accepted" for Mateo.
7. Then, hit Save and Close
8. Open the Appointment again. You can confirm that the Response value is saved as "Tentatively Accept" for Lisa (Owner) and as "Accepted" for Mateo(invited Resource).
Then there are 2 business issues;
--Lisa(Owner) cannot change the Response value to "Accept" again because Response field is not shown for the Owner's view.
--Mateo(Resource)'s response is set to "Accept" without his notice.
