Project manager can change & cancel the assignment of the resource through Project Management > Action > Manage Project Resource.
1) In Manage Project Resource there is a option to do the adjustment in assignment dates. When PM make the changes in assignment dates at that time it goes for approval to the resource manager but notification for the same is not received by the Resource manager. Client is having a requirement that RM should get notified through E-mail alert.
2) In Manage Project Resource there is an option to cancel the assignment but when project manager cancel the assignment at that time it not goes for the approval to resource manager. Client is having a requirement that cancellation should go for approval to the resource manager.
So for change in assignment dates, why resource manager not get notified? For cancelling the assignment, why there is a no need for approval of Resource Manager?
