Delinquent Customers Are Not Showing In Collection Dashboard (Doc ID 2045027.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Collections-Manage Customer Data

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Delinquent customers are not showing in Collection Dashboard

Collection Dashboard is not getting updated. Delinquent customers are not adding up in Collection Dashboard, however same are available in Collections Tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Delinquent customers should show up in Collection Dashboard.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a customer using webservice
2. Create a delinquent transaction for new customer
3. Run Refresh Customer balances, Collections scoring, update collections summary data processes.
4. New delinquent transaction is not shown in Collection Dashboard.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see delinquent transactions in collection dashboard.
